The past few months have been chaotic with work and summer stuff going on. I just got home from the family’s summer vacation yesterday and have a few days to relax before returning to work so I have some time to catch up on blogging.
Well it seems it’s been a month since my last update. Where does the time go? I have managed to start several brewing projects and at least think about some others, but I haven’t managed to finish many.
What are you supposed to do with your spent grain when you’re done with the mash? Some people just pitch it in the garbage, but there’s a whole slew of useful things that it’s good for.

Last month I ordered 2 each of Columbus, Centennial, and Northern Brewer rhizomes from Nikobrew.
